Each Moonbow order is thoughtfully made to order and ships directly from our trusted production partners. This means your items are created especially for you — not sitting on a shelf — helping reduce waste and honor mindful production.

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after fulfillment, though timing can vary depending on your location and the mix of items in your order.

We do our best to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your items arrive safely and with care.

Moonbow Flat shipping:
$6.95 per order + $2.00 per additional item.

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size or preference.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Heidi within 7 days of delivery with a photo and short note about the issue. We’ll connect with our print partner to arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
