Finding your Muse: Creativity & Mindfulness Workshops for Women

A muse is a source of inspiration, a guide to revealing and accessing the flow of awakened living and optimum health. In the "Finding Your Muse" workshops, Heidi Sherwin will help guide you to your inner-muse through meaningful discussions around topics of ancient wisdom, such as the Chakras, the Five Elements, or the Koshas. We will also journey into yoga exercises, creative visualization, art-making, essential oils, and reflective journaling. During each workshop, every woman will have the opportunity to connect to a deeper sense of self, improve concentration, ignite her creativity, and awaken joy and meaning in her life. All workshops will end will a rejuvenating guided relaxation. No yoga or art experience required.
Yoga for Childbirth Workshops

Workshops will be offered on Sundays from 12:30 -3pm

Connect with your partner and baby during this informative and very popular workshop designed to bring a yogic approach to labor and childbirth. Fill your birthing tool-kit with techniques that can relieve stress and create more ease and confidence, such as: gentle movements, postures, breath-work, affirmations, and partner-assisted massage methods. Whether you are planning a natural, medicated, or cesarean birth, this workshop is a great addition to traditional childbirth education classes. The workshop concludes with a soothing guided relaxation.
