Deepen your understanding and experience of the essential energy centers that fuel your health and quality of life. This 8-week series dives into the 7 major chakras and explores how they shine light on your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Heidi and Lauren bring their collective passion for the Chakras into this creative series where you can look forward to guided yoga flow and meditation, associated elements, self-inquiry, and other tools for everyday living. You will go home with a handout, crystal, and essential oil that supports the teachings of each class, so that you may continue your journey off the mat.

Peace, Love, and Yoga! Join me for a class aimed to bring ease to tight hips and achy backs. The slow-flow practice will intelligently blend Sun Salutations, playful standing postures, gentle back-bends, seated hip-openers, and restoring inversions. I will make sure you peace-out and ignite your love-light during a guided deep relaxation and Kindness meditation. All beings, all levels are welcome.

Start each day overlooking the awe-inspiring ocean and Cliffs of Moher while Heidi guides you through a heart-centered meditation and an energizing Hatha Flow yoga practice. Afternoons will include opportunities to quietly relax at the center, rejuvenate at the spa, or adventure around the Co. Clare countryside. Learn self-care practices, mantras, and mudras to nurture the keys of creative flow, both on and off the mat. Gourmet vegetarian cuisine will delight the palate at every meal.  End each day with the key to deep relaxation during Heidi’s signature restorative yoga class, which incorporates gentle flowing and restorative postures, pranayama, and aromatherapy.

The Moonbow Yoga & Wellness 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program offers a holistic mind/body approach to practicing and teaching yoga. The curriculum combines the ancient wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the 8 Limbs of Yoga, with the importance of daily self-care, emotional connectivity and creative exploration. Students will evolve into the role of teacher through dedicated self-study, group work, community teaching, and supportive mentorship.
