MOONBOW MAMA PRENATAL YOGA

Moonbow Mama Prenatal yoga is a practice for mothers-to-be that includes breathing, meditation, movement, and deep relaxation to support the pregnant body and mind during this magical journey. Mamas will connect with their babies and reunite with their inner wisdom while developing graceful strength and courage with a calm focus to prepare for labor, childbirth, and motherhood. The class is taught in an open and safe environment for Mamas to share concerns and wonders they are experiencing. Must be 12 weeks pregnant to begin classes and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
MOONBOW MAMA & BABY YOGA

Mama and Baby Yoga offers a fun and gentle approach to postnatal yoga. Socialize with other moms and learn yoga practices to reduce stress, rejuvenate energy and re-build strength. Postures that target core and pelvic muscles, tone arms and legs, and release tension in shoulders and neck are explored with baby near-by or in mother’s arms. Class also includes lullabies and baby yoga for baby-bonding fun. Mothers with babies that are 6 weeks old to active crawlers are welcome in class.
PARTNER PRENATAL YOGA WORKSHOP
A fun and informative 90 minute class designed for mothers-to-be and their birth partners. Together, you will learn beneficial ways to create more ease and confidence, while relieving common discomforts, worries, and anxiety around childbirth. We will explore breath and relaxation techniques, partner yoga, postures that are useful throughout pregnancy and during labor, and other comfort measures. Suitable for all trimesters. Partner Prenatal Yoga is offered publicly every 8 - 10 weeks, see the CALENDAR OF EVENTS for upcoming dates. Private sessions are also available - Contact Heidi to schedule.
No prior yoga experience is necessary for the pre/postnatal classes or workshops.
BIRTH ART CIRCLES
Birth Art Circles offer a creative and personal way to prepare for birth and motherhood. Just like in pre/postnatal classes, Heidi fosters a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental environment for making and exploring images about pregnancy, birth and mothering. No artistic talent, skill or experience is needed; art will not be analyzed or displayed. Our focus is on the learning process, self-discovery and deepening your connection to your baby and yourself.
