Yoga for Hip-Ease (at BlissBlissBliss)

Peace, Love, and Yoga! Join me for a class aimed to bring ease to tight hips and achy backs. The slow-flow practice will intelligently blend Sun Salutations, playful standing postures, gentle back-bends, seated hip-openers, and restoring inversions. I will make sure you peace-out and ignite your love-light during a guided deep relaxation and Kindness meditation. All beings, all levels are welcome.
