Fall into the peace within and the beauty of nature during a special yoga practice in honor of the Autumn Equinox and the International Day of Peace. As the sun sets over the Botanic Garden, practice grounding and heart-opening yoga postures to better align with the rhythm of the autumn season. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to release tension and create a quality of ease in the mind and body. The class will end with a group meditation focused on creating peace and goodwill in our communities. All levels are welcome.
